Emergency Personnel must focus on their mission once dispatched,

Our BAE Auto-Start Control Systems help to ensure that their own safety is never in question.

While Emergency Vehicle Exhaust Extraction is a well-known industry, automation has never been the industry standard. Now, with our “BAE AS” Control system, exhaust system automation can be standardized for any system on the market.

See how it works below:

HOW IT WORKS

  1. BAE AS Systems include integral wireless BAE Transmitters & Receivers that will automatically start your station’s vehicle exhaust extraction system.

  2. BAE Transmitters connect directly to the vehicle ignition switch, sending a wireless signal to the BAE Receiver in the control panel to start the exhaust system (via VFD) as soon as a vehicle is turned on when leaving or returning to the station.

  3. BAE AS Systems are completely wireless, minimizing disruption for vehicle bays and ensuring easy installation.

  4. Each BAE Transmitter has a switch to disengage so that personnel can conduct vehicle checks or training outside of the station without engaging the vehicle exhaust system.

  5. VFDs are always included. Emergency facilities can have multiple calls per hour, thus engaging the exhaust fan multiple times per hour. VFDs prevent the fan motor from experiencing a full-current startup - avoiding additional stress on the motor and protecting manufacturer warranties for the fan.

  6. Our BAE AS Systems can be retrofitted for ANY existing vehicle exhaust system.
